I teach women how to balance their hormones naturally using holistic nutrition and lifestyle behaviours. For easy periods, improved mood, and more energy.

The main focus of my nutrition strategy is increasing the nutrient density of your diet using a farm-to-table style of eating. In our modern world, our bodies are often starved of key nutrients that support our hormonal health. I do not believe in restrictive diets. I think that our food should be both enjoyable and nourishing. We work together to find a meal plan that works for your body and supports you in a way that allows you to live your life fully.

Finding hormonal balance takes a whole-of-life approach. While my main focus will be on helping you meet your nutritional requirements, my programs address important other aspects of your life that affect your wellbeing. We go through strategies to calm stress, exercise right for your body, and, most importantly, find joy in your wellness journey.

A biostatistician turned health coach

I have always had a strong interest in researching nutrition, which is what led me to get my master's degree in biostatistics. I now use that knowledge to fulfill my passion for helping ladies reach their full potential. 

Having struggled with PCOS and hypothyroidism myself, I've navigated through various nutrition strategies to find balance. I've learned how nutrition and lifestyle factors directly impact hormone health and I know what it takes to restore hormonal balance naturally.

I spent years dieting and over-exercising - with many years following a low-carb approach - and learned that restrictive diets do not provide our bodies with the nourishment it needs to thrive. I had to un-learn everything I thought I knew about nutrition and fitness. Supporting our bodies with nutrient-dense foods and eating enough to fulfill our demands is how we create hormonal harmony.

Qualifications and memberships


I completed my Master's degree in Biostatistics at the University of Cape Town. My research focus was on childhood malnutrition in low-income communities.


I have a professional health coaching certification through the Health Coaches Academy and am a member of COMENSA (coaches and mentors of South Africa)
