When looking to get to the root cause of your symptoms, it is helpful to test for nutrient deficiencies and imbalances.

A Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a noninvasive medical test that provides comprehensive information about key nutrient mineral levels and ratios, metabolic status, and toxicity.

Minerals act like spark plugs - they kick off thousands of important reactions in the body. So, while hormone tests often tell you if a hormone is high or low, which can be helpful to an extent, a hair mineral test gives more insight into why that hormone is high or low and gives us the insight we need to make appropriate nutrition and lifestyle adjustments to support your body back into balance.

Using your HTMA results, I create a comprehensive report with recommendations based on your individual health goals.
